Estándares de seguridad infantil

Tolerancia cero

Chat and Roll prohíbe de forma explícita el abuso y la explotación sexual infantil (CSAE) y el material de abuso sexual infantil (CSAM). Esto incluye el grooming (contactar a un menor para abusar de él) y cualquier contenido o conducta que sexualice a menores de edad.

Una app solo para adultos

Chat and Roll es para personas adultas. Al registrarse, cada usuario ingresa su fecha de nacimiento y la app verifica la edad a partir de ella. Los menores de edad no pueden usar la app.

Cómo reportar y bloquear dentro de la app

  1. En una conversación, mantén presionado un mensaje para abrir sus opciones.
  2. Pulsa Reportar para abrir Reportar mensaje, elige el motivo y pulsa Enviar reporte. El reporte incluye el mensaje y a quien lo envió.
  3. Pulsa Bloquear Usuario para dejar de ver a esa persona. Puedes revisar y desbloquear a quien hayas bloqueado en Usuarios Bloqueados.

Qué hacemos

  • Eliminamos el contenido que infringe estas normas.
  • Bloqueamos de forma permanente la cuenta responsable.
  • Reportamos el CSAM confirmado al NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) y a las autoridades correspondientes; en Chile, a la Policía de Investigaciones (PDI).

Cumplimiento legal

Antofatech SpA cumple con las leyes de seguridad infantil aplicables en los países donde se ofrece Chat and Roll.

Zero tolerance

Chat and Roll explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes grooming (contacting a minor in order to abuse them) and any content or behavior that sexualizes minors.

An adults-only app

Chat and Roll is for adults. At signup every user enters their birthday and the app verifies their age from it. Minors cannot use the app.

How to report and block in the app

  1. In a conversation, long-press a message to open its options.
  2. Tap Report to open Report Message, choose a reason and tap Submit Report. The report includes the message and the person who sent it.
  3. Tap Block User to stop seeing that person. You can review and unblock people in Blocked Users.

What we do

  • We remove content that breaks these standards.
  • We permanently ban the responsible account.
  • We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and to the relevant authorities; in Chile, the Policía de Investigaciones (PDI).

Legal compliance

Antofatech SpA complies with the child safety laws that apply in the countries where Chat and Roll is offered.
